Leadout is looking for an inquisitive and analytical Software Asset Management Consultant/Expert who thrives in a consultative start-up environment. Our ideal candidate gets energy from diving into our customer’s IT environment and advising them on their IT asset and contract lifecycle.

What you will do
Become your clients’ trusted advisor throughout the IT asset lifecycle including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budgeting and decommission.
Ensure the client has control over their own software landscape by keeping them up to date with evolving trends.
Collect and analyze data in Excel regarding our client’s IT environment.
Reading through contracts & licence documents.
Preparing reports as an outcome of our analysis.
Following up on projects / outstanding queries.
Design & implement IT processes and services to increase efficiency and transparency.
Do you check most of the boxes below?
You have 1-5 years of related experience in an IT support organization.
Experience working with software requests, licensing and licensing databases is preferred.
You are passionate about helping customers. You are a good listener and you have excellent communication skills.
You have a curious and critical mind, always thinking about the reasoning behind decisions taken.
Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to accurately draft and review complex documents in English.
You are able to translate the needs of users into accurate and accessible reports.
Strong analytical/data skills.
Eye for detail, accuracy, flexibility.
Experience in designing and implementing processes.
Ability to document incoming requirements, prioritize work and manage projects independently.
